Vegas Style Slots gives a 30 day limited warranty on refurbished slot machines, 7 days on monitors. Warranty is not transferable. Our limited warranty includes, Repair, parts, and telephone tech support. Light bulbs are not covered under warranty. Slot machines are designed to stay on at all times, They have a battery backup to hold and maintain the memory of the game(CREDITS AND PROGRAMMING). If you shut your machine down and unplug it with credits on the game it will drain the battery within days.These batteries are not rechargeable.The life of the battery to maintain the memory of the games is 5 years. There is no warranty on batteries in the games. Boards are tested before they leave the shop. You will be responsible for the cost of the battery, labor and shipping to and from our company for battery replacement. Batteries are not covered under our warranties. Game or gaming parts found to be defective must be shipped back to us at the
customers expense for any warranty work to be performed all warranty work is
performed at our expense both parts and labor, customer is responsible for all
shipping of all game or gaming parts, and the setup and reinstallation of
game or parts after warranty work is completed.

Carrier of your choice.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage due to reinstallation and/or use.
The exchange of any item or part must follow procedures and Guidelines, must be followed by the purchaser.
Used or Refurbished items are final and cannot be returned or refunded. E-proms and electrical parts are sold “As Is” and not returnable for exchange or refunds . Vegas Style Slots cannot be certain these items will be installed correctly.
All shipping costs and return shipping charges are paid by the costumer. No refunds will be made on any shipping cost or portions of any order as it’s related to any shipping fees or shipping costs
It is the costumer’s sole responsibility to inspect all shipments when being delivered and inspect all shipping containers for damages prior to unpacking item.The customer must take pictures of damaged shipping containers/cartons.
Report any damages to us immediately! Report shipping related damage directly to the shipping or Freight Company and also notify us so there is no delays.
Notification of damages must be made to us within 5 days of receipt of damaged goods. We must recieve pictures of the damage.
And customer is responsible for notifying the delivery company of shipping damages. Keep all shipping materials as they will be needed to show the shipping company. It is very important that you notify us immediately of any damages so we can properly advise you. To speed the damage goods claim process you can e-mail us with pictures showing the damages found to the item for shipping container/carton. Upon receipt of the pictures we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped and we will advise you what to do with the damage item.
NOTE: We do not trade/swap machines do to you not liking it after you play it for awhile. Once you buy it it is yours. We will swap out a machine of the same value if there is a problem with it and it can’t be fixed within the 30 day warranty period.
